Sharda believes that employees are its' most important resource. Apart from engaging the best through a rigorous selection process, we promote their personal and professional growth.

Some of our HR initiatives are listed below:

We carryout about 90 trainings for staff and workers per year, including quarterly fire drills, for improving our employees' knowledge, skills and general awareness.

We organised a special training thro' faculty from Civil Defense Organisation for about 50 employees from Sharda group.

We provided a chance for our employees to see the IPL match at Delhi on 21st May'11. More than 40 employees took the opportunity and thoroughly enjoyed the excursion.

A team of 100 employees was sent to participate in the Airtel Delhi Half Marathon on 27th Nov'11 after hectic practice for 4 months. One of our workers clocked a good timing of 1:31:57 and achieved overall net ranking 242 among total 4920 successful participants. The main benefit was that the participants gained a great synergy and each of them benefitted with better health.

Organised a medical check up camp on 9th Dec'11 for group employees and families where 9 specialist doctors provided consultancy and minor surgical benefit to 400 persons.

Organised the New Year party on 31st where employees performed dance, songs and played many interesting games. Shields were given away to 27 employees for outstanding performance in various fields.

This year we undertook a major exercise thro' an expert faculty to promote our key persons towards better teamwork and excellent performance. The training spanned across several individual and group sessions including management games and an excursion at a palatial resort.

Organized a visit to Nanital and Jim corbett park in 2014, which was a adventure trip.

Organized sports meet in 2014 in which many employees have shown remarkable performances.

We regularly provide fire fighting trainings to our employees to enable them to be prepared in adverse situations.
